What are the available print sizes and formats?
Please refer to the Print Size Guide for the measurements of the four print sizes (SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE or EXTRA LARGE).

How much are the shipping costs?
Delivery of prints within Germany, the EU, as well as to the countries listed in the shipping and payment methods is free and usually takes 7-15 working days, depending on your location.

Please contact me at service@matthiasconrad.com if your print has not arrived by this timeframe and I will take care of it as soon as possible!

To ensure consistent museum-quality quality across all editions, all printing and shipping is handled by The Printspace in London. Prints ordered from the UK are dispatched and handled by ThePrintSpace UK. Prints ordered from the EU and worldwide are dispatched and processed by ThePrintSpace in Düsseldorf (Germany). Prints are dispatched worldwide from the UK.

All of our art prints are packaged to ensure they reach you safely. A combination of soft tissue paper and sturdy packaging materials is used to protect your prints. Generally they are flat packed for sizes under A3 (42 x 29.7 cm), otherwise they will be packed in strong mailing tubes.

How long does the delivery take?
Orders are typically completed within 72 hours and should arrive between 7 and 15 business days from your order date.
Once you have placed an order, we always send you a confirmation email with a summary of your purchases.

If you didn't receive this email, these are the two most common reasons:

  • It may have ended up in your junk or spam folder.
  • The email address you entered may be incorrect or contain a typo

Sustainability measures and climate-neutral printing process:
We are very proud to say that our prints are sustainably packaged and consistently carbon neutral. This was only made possible through the efforts of my printing studio partner, The Print Space UK, who have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. The materials used to manufacture your orders have been carefully selected to reduce our impact on the environment while ensuring your orders reach you in perfect condition.

The printing process:

  • Carbon neutral printing process by The Print Space UK
  • Sustainably sourced inkjet paper
  • Paper tape made from 100% recycled fibers
  • Recyclable packaging and envelopes
  • Recyclable cardboard stiffeners to protect your print in transit
  • Biodegradable bubble wrap
  • Corner protectors made from 100% recycled polypropylene
  • Recyclable frame protection made from bio-polyethylene

My Limited Edition FineArt Prints are printed on one of the most beautiful and highest quality papers on the market, Hahnemühle PhotoRag. The super matte finish helps reduce glare/reflections when framed in glass. The paper delivers muted blacks and even color reproduction with excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel that creates soft gradients.

Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers:
The entire print series has a limited edition quantity in each size. Once prints are sold out in every size and edition, they will never be available again. That's it! Each print comes with a unique Certificate of Authenticity.

It includes the image's name, edition number, production date, certificate number, and a hologram authentication patch that matches a unique number on both the print and the certificate.

Exchange & Return:
I'm really confident that you will love your prints. They will stand the test of time and become a statement piece for your home or office. Direct refunds will not be accepted as these are limited edition prints. However, if you would like to exchange your print for another of equal value, you have 15 days from the delivery date to contact us to arrange this exchange. You only have to bear the shipping costs. You should contact us at service@matthiasconrad.com during this time.

The print tubes and packaging are extremely strong and can survive the roughest of shipping routes, but in the rare event that your print arrives with any form of damage, we will be happy to replace it for you completely free of charge.

Simply send an email to service@matthiasconrad.com with a picture of the packaging, printing and certificate of authenticity and the order number and we will arrange the replacement for you promptly.

In the case of damaged orders, we are happy to take care of the return shipment and the subsequent replacement print. Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied!
